7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
MiniDiggerParts offers a 30-day return and exchange period beginning on the date of delivery.
Eligible returns and exchanges include:
- Free return shipping.
- Free applicable exchange shipping.
- No restocking fees.
- No final-sale products.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds processed within 2 business days after approval.
All returns must receive authorization before equipment is shipped or transported back.
For mini excavators and other heavy equipment, MiniDiggerParts will coordinate the appropriate return transportation or freight arrangements for eligible returns.

8. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation by contacting MiniDiggerParts as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet shipped may generally be canceled for a full refund.
